Our History
When Casa Olé opened in Pasadena, Texas, on December 1, 1973, my philosophy for having a successful Mexican restaurant was to give our customers the highest-quality food at a reasonable price, with great service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Today that philosophy still prevails and is more important than ever.
We take pride in ensuring that all of our menu items are prepared fresh daily at each individual restaurant by our experienced chefs (many who have been with us for over twenty-five years) so you receive fresh, quality food every time. We put all of our personnel through extensive training so you will always be served by knowledgeable, friendly servers who will make sure your dining experience is always a pleasant one at Casa Olé.
Although we have grown over the years to 47 locations in Texas and Louisiana, we will never lose sight of the fact that you are the most important part of our business. I promise that Casa Olé will always strive to be the best Mexican restaurant and that you will always be our number one priority.
